In this spacious room, flooded by light from large windows facing the hotel’s internal garden, guests enjoy a delicious American buffet breakfast. On the walls paintings by Maestro Chiari and a separate room is fully dedicated to the food display.
The full, varied breakfast satisfies everyone with fresh food and mouth-watering recipes, with special consideration for those counting calories or requiring gluten-free foods. There will be plentiful fresh fruit, vegetables and you will also find a “Tuscan corner,” introducing you to Tuscan culinary tradition as soon as you wake up.

Elegant and intimate the restaurant is located in the lobby area near the bar. Our chef, Tommaso Calonaci - two-time winner of “Il Cappello” the National Award by La Guida dell'Espresso - has taken some classic dishes from Florentine and Mediterranean traditions and reworked them with a contemporary twist. He uses local, seasonal ingredients to make sure the food is fresh and genuine, letting the guests enjoy the best of what nature and this land have to offer. Vegetarian and Tasting Menu are also available. A rich and varied wine list has been created to satisfy the guest taste and to pair with all dishes.

From April to October - “La Buona Novella Restaurant” extends outdoors onto its elegant, inviting “Al Fresco” terrace. Guests lunch and dine in one of Florence’s finest piazzas. The culinary delights of the chef, the glow of the candles, the view of the façade of the Santa Maria Novella church so close you can almost touch it, and the sight of Brunelleschi’s Duomo come together create a dazzling experience delighting all of your senses.

It is a cozy terrace overlooking the hotel swimming-pool, a unique jewel that guests can reserve – weather permitting from May until September - for an exclusive dinner for up to 8. Candles, veils and flowers will be the perfect set up for a romantic dinner or a wedding proposal. Only set menu.
Elegant yet welcoming the bar is located in the lobby area near the restaurant. It offers a wide variety of cocktails and spirits as well as teas and coffees. Snacks are served as well from a dedicated menu. In the wintertime it’s a perfect place for a hot chocolate, an Italian aperitivo (pre-dinner cocktail) or an after-dinner cocktail.

Open from May until September the bar is located on the 6th floor and serves guests relaxing at the pool. It also features a nice terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy drinks or snacks all day long. During the summer season this is the best place to gather for a drink enjoining an amazing view over the city highlights. Guests can also enjoy snacks, refreshing drinks, ice cream, salads, fruit or vegetable smoothies, and cold dishes.
At 7 PM, hotel guests and the locals mingle on our rooftop terrace for an Italian-style happy hour or to enjoy a romantic sunset while sipping a glass of Prosecco or one of our bartender’s cocktails.
