Meaning 'cultivated', Arva is Aman's tribute to the earthy, heart-warming dishes of Italy at select Amans worldwide. Montenegro’s incarnation is situated on the island of Sveti Stefan with two stone terraces offering breathtaking views across the bay. Showcasing the region’s exceptional range of fresh produce, local seafood and unique wines, the seasonal and sustainable menu offers catch of the day, free-range chicken and a cornucopia of market fruits and vegetables paired with skill and dexterity by the Executive Chef. From mid-October to end of April, the Island and its restaurants, including Arva, are closed.
