Nestled on the far corner of our spectacular beach, surrounded with colourful, palm fringed gardens are Peter Island's 20 new Beach Front Rooms. Each of the five 2-story buildings has 4 rooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with private entry ways in the back. All rooms have a private outdoor area, with either a balcony or patio, surrounded by clusters of tropical plants, palms, and sea grapes. Bathrooms are luxuriously outfitted with a soaker tub, walk in closet, glass walk in shower and dual vanities. Rooms are beach front, and are conveniently located adjacent to the Resort Lodge, restaurant and infinity pool.

Beach Front Rooms w/private outdoor Hot Tub

Tucked away in the privacy of palm trees and in the middle of the beach are our 8 new Beach Front Rooms, each with its own private outdoor Hot Tub. Surrounded by lush, colourful, palm fringed gardens and directly beach front, each of the four single level buildings has 2 rooms each, with private entry ways in the back. Each offers picture perfect views over the beach and blue waters in the bay. A large private patio with lounge seating and the private beach front hot tub, offer endless views, and are a perfect star gazing spot. Bathrooms are luxuriously outfitted with soaker tub, glass walk in shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. Rooms are beach front, with feet immediately in the sand, and are conveniently located adjacent to the Resort Lodge, restaurant and infinity pool.

Beach Front Junior Suites

The Beach Front Jr. Suites are located at the beginning of our powder white sand crescent shaped beach with sweeping views over the entire beach, bay, and ocean beyond. Each of the five 2-story buildings has 4 Jr. Suites, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs with private entry ways in the back. Each Jr. Suite offers an interconnecting door to the adjacent Jr. Suite, either up or down. All rooms have postcard vistas of powder white sand beach, blue waters, and sailboats lazily anchored in the bay. Jr. Suites have a private outdoor area, with either a balcony or patio with seating, surrounded by clusters of tropical plants, palms, and sea grapes. Bathrooms are luxuriously outfitted with a large wet room with a soaker tub, 2-person glass walk in shower and dual vanities. Rooms are beach front, and are conveniently located close to the Resort Lodge, restaurant and infinity pool.

Beach Front 2-bedroom Villa w/private outdoor Hot Tub

These 2 new villas adjacent to our Beach Front Jr. Suites, enjoy a private spot on the beach. Nestled back on the beach amongst lush palm trees, and tropical gardens, they have expansive views over the beach and bay. The villa features an open floor plan living and dining room with a powder room, and kitchen, which are flanked by a bedroom on either side. The master bedroom flows off the main living area, with its own deck, and the 2nd guest suite is on the other side of the living area and has its own separate entrance. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in closet, outdoor shower, soaker tub, glass walk in shower, dual vanities. A sprawling deck the length of the villa offers endless views, and leads to the private outdoor Hot Tub on the beach. Step off the deck and feet are in the sand, and steps from the ocean.

Hawk's Nest Villa

Perched hillside with sweeping views over the Yacht Club marina, the Sir Francis Drake channel and the island of Tortola beyond, the views are endlessly changing and never disappoint. Open plan villa with dining room, living room with entertainment center and wet bar, full kitchen, surrounded by porches with ocean views, with a large outdoor area downstairs with heated or cooled plunge pool. Master bedroom features a King size bed and Queen size beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Master and mini Master have ensuite baths featuring a soaker tub, 2-person shower, with the 3rd bedroom bath across the hall. The 1 bedroom Pool Guest Suite is a separate apartment with its own entrance with master Queen bedded room, full kitchen, living area.

Falcon's Nest Villa

Located five minutes from the main resort, this private, gated Villa estate enjoys sunset views from its mountain top location overlooking White Bay beach, Norman Island, and the islands beyond. This state of the art, luxuriously appointed Villa, is spread out over 22,000 sq. ft., in 3 buildings, with the main house flanked by two pods on each side. The main house features 2 master bedrooms, and each adjacent pod features 2 full guest suites, all with private outdoor areas and separate entrances. Main house features a large double story living room with floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the deck and infinity pool, a dining room, media room, wellness room, fitness center, smaller guest bedroom, full chefs’ kitchen with back of house area, all surrounded by porches with sweeping ocean views. Outside deck features infinity pool with hot tub, 3 story waterfall with grotto, and Grill Gazebo with swim up bar. All bedrooms feature King size beds with ensuite baths featuring a 2-person Jacuzzi tub, 2-person showers. Villa is fully staffed with butler, private chef, housekeeper and includes meals for up to 12 guests.
